Women Owned. Adventure Ready. Boldly Roasted. › Rosie's Roast - Medium/Dark Best Seller

Rosie's Roast - Medium/Dark Best Seller

from $11.00

Our signature roast — and a tribute. Rosie's Roast is named for our black Lab, Eleanor "Rosie" Roosevelt, and roasted on our Buckeye roaster, "Eleanor Roastavelt." Rosie passed away a few years ago, but every bag of her roast keeps her memory — and her spirit — alive. Dark and sweet like Rosie herself, with bark and bite that balance nicely — bold up front, smooth on the finish. The cup most people fell in love with in Ohiopyle. These days the adventure continues with Dottie and Hattie, two high-energy pups who love the trail as much as Rosie did.

Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, sweet, toasted nut

Best for: Everyday drinking, dark-roast lovers who still want sweetness

Brew tip: Great in a regular drip brewer. Also lovely as cold brew — just grind coarse, soak in cold water overnight in the fridge, and strain.

Freshness: Roasted in small batches and roasted to order — we don't roast it until you order it, so it arrives fresh.

Storage: Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry spot — not the fridge.

Which grind? Whole Bean is freshest if you have a grinder. Auto Drip fits most home brewers. Coarse is for French press and cold brew. Percolator is for percolator pots. Fine is for espresso-style brewing.

Not sure where to start? Try a Sample Pack, or Rosie's Roast — it's the best seller for a reason.
